Basically, the cases of soda were mislabeled, and found to have contained 'full sugar', as the FDA recall was marked as a Class II.
The regulator defines such recall as 'a situation in which use of or exposure to a violative product may cause temporary or medically reversible adverse health consequences or where the probability of serious adverse health consequences is remote'.

A restaurant worker takes out the questionable drink to Memaw, with the pickles being added as an extra charge.
The worker explained how she had to charge the customization by marking it down as cherries.
For the privilege of having some pickles mixed in, the TikToker had to pay $3.62.
The outcome, you ask? Well, a bunch of floating pickles in a previously inviting drink.
