Adele has announced that she's rescheduled her Las Vegas residency and will be back performing in Sin City.

The singer said she 'truly was heartbroken' to have to cancel her time in Vegas, announcing on Instagram and her website that she had the dates for her series of shows.

Weekends With Adele shows will be performed in Las Vegas from 18 November 2022 to 25 March 2023.

Twenty four shows have been rescheduled, with another eight performance dates added onto the residency meaning Adele fans will get even more chances to see her.

Priority for the new shows will be given to fans who had previously booked tickets to see her or made it onto the waiting list, so fans will have to move quickly if they want to be in with a chance of seeing her.

Taking to Instagram, Adele announced her new November to March residency that will see her perform at the Colosseum in Las Vegas hotel and casino Caesar's Palace.

She said: "Words can’t explain how ecstatic I am to finally be able to announce these rescheduled shows. I truly was heartbroken to have to cancel them.

"But after what feels like an eternity of figuring out logistics for the show that I really want to deliver, and knowing it can happen, I’m more excited than ever! Now I know for some of you it was a horrible decision on my part, and I will always be sorry for that, but I promise you it was the right one.

"To be with you in such an intimate space every week has been what I’ve most been looking forward to and I’m going to give you the absolute best of me. Thank you for your patience, I love you ♥️ Adele."

Adele had been due to take up a Las Vegas residency at Caesar's Palace between 21 January and 16 April earlier this year, but pulled out at the last minute.

In a tearful video the singer explained that it was 'impossible to finish the show' as half her team had been in isolation due to coronavirus, leaving her 'unable' to perform.

Luckily that old adage that the show must go on has turned out to be true as the singer will now be able to perform Weekends With Adele.

She later spoke about the 'brutal' reaction that left her feeling like a 'shell of a person for a couple of months' as she felt as though she'd let fans down.

At the time Adele promised that all dates would be rescheduled when the show was ready to be performed and it looks like the singer has kept her promise with the new rescheduled and bigger Las Vegas residency.
