People left seriously disturbed by Trump and Vance scene in latest South Park episode

The show featured a graphic scene involving Donald Trump and JD Vance

People have been left disturbed by the latest South Park episode featuring Donald Trump and JD Vance.

South Park is known for its no holds barred approach to satire, often taking things to graphic extremes, and this episode was no different.

One recent episode saw Donald Trump getting into bed with the literal devil, a callback to an earlier episode where Iraqi dictator Saddam Hussein was portrayed in a similar position.

Trump has been parodied on the show for years, with a plot line during his first presidency seeing longstanding South Park character Mr Garrison increasingly resembling Trump's signature makeup look, before winning the presidency on a campaign where he promises to 'f*ck them all to death'.

So it's fair to say that South Park has not exactly been subtle in its approach to Trump in the past, but the latest episode has taken it to another level.

While the Mr Garrison parody saw the character merely resembling Trump with his orange makeup and bleach blonde hair, now the show has simply placed actual photos of Trump's face over the animation - just in case there was any doubt about who they were referring to.

The latest episode sees JD Vance managing to get out of trouble for committing treason, before he ends up in bed with Trump after the pair sit in a hot tub at the White House together.

And fans have been taking to social media to share their reactions to the show.

One wrote: “Thanks for the nightmares I’m gonna have tonight South Park.”

Another viewer said: “Watching South Park. I’m now traumatised.”

Meanwhile one person posted that the episode was excellent, saying: "South Park killed it tonight. Those boys donald trump and jd vance aren't going to be happy."

Recent weeks have seen the president taking aim at satirical shows that have criticised him, most notably calling for the cancelation of Jimmy Kimmel Live! after the host accused Trump and his administration of trying to take political advantage of the death of far-right activist Charlie Kirk.

The White House has issued a response to South Park, with spokesperson Taylor Rogers saying: “This show hasn’t been relevant for over 20 years and is hanging on by a thread with uninspired ideas in a desperate attempt for attention. President Trump has delivered on more promises in just six months than any other president in our country’s history – and no fourth-rate show can derail President Trump’s hot streak.”

One of the show's creators Trey Parker said: “It’s not that we got all political. It’s that politics became pop culture.”

UNILAD has approached the White House for comment.
