Scrubs fans have made the same demand after a reboot of the popular US medical series has been confirmed.
Zach Braff, Donald Faison and Sarah Chalke are set to reprise their roles as the TV series returns to ABC.
The show first launched on NBC in 2001 before airing on ABC between 2008 and 2010.
It follows the lives of employees at the fictional Sacred Heart Hospital - who are set to reunite, as per the show’s official synopsis: “JD (Braff) & Turk (Faison) scrub in together for the first time in a long time - medicine has changed, interns have changed, but their bromance has stood the test of time.

"Characters new and old navigate the waters of Sacred Heart with laughter, heart and some surprises along the way.”
Bill Lawrence, series creator, reflected on how the passage of time will shape the show’s dynamic, explaining: “The hardest part is that Zach and Donald have aged. People still have that affinity, and love, for that goofy youthfulness.
"But if I saw two guys in their late 40s/50s doing ‘World’s Most Giant Doctor,’ and carrying each other around all the time, I would go, ‘What the f**k is going on,’ you know?”

Instead, he plans to explore how their strong bond carries into their mid-careers, offering a comedic take on how medicine - and life - has changed since their intern days.
Last summer, Lawrence told The Independent that a reboot would be on the way within 'six months to a year.' The reboot is slated to release in the 2025-26 season window.
While most fans were delighted at the idea of Scrubs returning, many hoped the show would include more of the original cast.
Discussing the announcement on Reddit, plenty of fans weighed in. One wrote: "This was my show growing up so happy to see it back, as long as Johnny C is in it too" - referring to Perry Cox actor John Christopher McGinley.

"Judy Reyes please clear your schedule," a second wrote, with Reyes' existing commitment to ABC's High Potential possibly causing scheduling conflicts.
Another social media user suggested of her character, Carla: "They just need to write her as a travel nurse.
"Do a few FaceTime shots with Faison, and bring her in when her schedule is clear..."

"Kate Micucci (Ted’s wife) should reprise her role," another person suggested. "And to get over her grief, goes to law school and ends up being the hospital’s lawyer. She will be the exact opposite of Ted’s character and be toxically positive."
But not everyone was so excited about the reboot. Taking to X, formerly Twitter, some fans were against the new series.
"Why do they always have to ruin the good ones? Just leave them alone," one person said, as a second agreed: "Nothing original anymore. Bandwagon jumpers on all old shows!"
Somebody else mused: "What if the reboot flops and ruins the magic we grew up with? What if it’s perfect and reminds us what we lost? Reboots really test your heart. How do you know when to let things stay gone?"
