Netflix viewers are sinking their teeth into a brand new six-part mystery series starring Wednesday's Emma Myers.

After helping to get practically the entire planet hooked into the dark and curious world of Wednesday through her role as Enid Sinclair, Myers is back as another teenager - this time in Britain.

The actor - who is actually 22 and American - has taken on the character of Pip Fitz-Amobi in the series, which is based on a hugely successful mystery novel written by Holly Jackson.

After the episodes initially aired in the UK, they've now made their way to Netflix where viewers have described them as '10/10'.

In the series, 17-year-old Pip investigates a murder involving a high school student five years earlier.

Police closed the case at the time thinking the student's boyfriend was responsible for the murder - but Pip isn't so sure.

Titled A Good Girl's Guide to Murder, the series also stars Bridgerton's India Lillie Davies, as well as Rahul Pattni and Zain Iqbal.

In an interview with Netflix's Tudum, Myers expressed her excitement to be involved in the series after it had already gained so many fans through the book.

“I’m thrilled about this show, and getting to be Pip has been a dream,” she said. “Whether you’ve read the book or not, A Good Girl’s Guide to Murder is an experience all around. I think people are really going to like it.”

Author Jackson described herself as 'beyond excited' to see her work come to life on Netflix, adding: "I hope viewers will love discovering (or rediscovering) all the secrets and lies of our small English town - Little Kilton.

“Viewers can expect laugh-out-loud moments from all the teenage antics, but also all the pulse-pounding twists you’d find in the darkest of thrillers."

The series already has a positive score of 81 percent on Rotten Tomatoes, and viewers have heaped further praise on the series since it arrived on Netflix.

Taking to LADbible's Netflix Bangers Facebook group, one person commented: "This was soooo good."

Another admitted to binging the whole series in a matter of hours, saying: "I watched it in a night. There were a few spots where I knew what was going to happen, but more often I was surprised.

"I haven’t read the books but picked up the first one after watching the show. Really hope that it gets another season."

A third added: "Very good! Kept you guessing till the end! Only 6 episodes so can binge pretty quickly."

A Good Girl's Guide to Murder is available to stream on Netflix now.
