Well, after a wild two decades, the Fast and Furious franchise is officially coming to an end.

Yes, Vin Diesel is finally saying goodbye to Dom Toretto and the rest of his family with a two-part finale.

That finale starts with Fast X, which is set to hit cinemas later this year - and the first look is here.

Not only will Fast X see Charlize Theron return as The Fate of the Furious villain Cypher, but Jason Momoa will be joining her to antagonize the gang.

In a first look photo, Momoa looks cool as hell on the back of a motorbike in a snake-print leather jacket with his luscious long hair blowing the breeze.

Last year, the Game of Thrones actor confirmed that he'd be playing a villain in the action flick.

"I'm gonna go do Fast X, that's gonna be fun," he told ET.

"I get to play the bad guy, which I haven't gotten to do for a while...

"Now I get to be the bad boy. A very flamboyant bad boy. A little panache."

That's all we know about Momoa's character for now.

But he was differently bang on about the flamboyancy, judging by this pic.

Also joining Diesel in the next Fast and Furious flick is Marvel's own Brie Larson.

There is no word on whether Larson will be team Momoa or team Diesel as of yet.

All we know for now is that she'll be playing the role of Tess, and that she, too, can rock a leather jacket.

And, of course, we can expect all the regulars to show face in Fast X, including Michelle Rodriguez, Tyrese Gibson, Chris 'Ludacris' Bridges, Jason Statham, John Cena, Jordana Brewster, Nathalie Emmanuel, and Sung Kang, to name a few.

Though, if you're hoping for Dwayne Johnson to join that line-up, don't hold your breath.

The Rock has made it clear that he has no interest in working with Diesel for the foreseeable, due to 'fundamental differences' in their professional lives.

So, besides the fast cars and explosions, what can fans expect from Fast X?

Director Louis Leterrier told Empire: “When you have fought so hard to keep your faith and protect your family, and literally change the world, which is the case of Dom Toretto, there is a price to pay.

"His enemies are coming after him. There’s a total sum of enemies that are coming after him."
