Who says sex slows down once you reach the age of 50? As Jane Seymour has lifted the lid on her sex life with singer-songwriter boyfriend, John Zambetti.

The 74-year-old recently sat down with People Magazine to discuss a wide range of moments from her career, including that infamous nude scene with Owen Wilson in Wedding Crashers.

Seymour also opened up about her personal life, giving an insight into her relationship with Zambetti, 76.

In the interview, which was published on Sunday (December 7), Seymour admitted that she feels closer to 40 than her actual age as she said: "I have to actually wake up in the morning and remind myself how old I am because inside of me, I would say I still feel like I’m maybe about 40 or 50, maybe 40.

"I don’t know where all that time went, but I have the energy that I had when I was 40."

Noting that she turns 75 in just a few months, Seymour revealed she's still 'very sexually active' with Zambetti, who she's been dating since 2023.

The former Bond girl continued: "I kind of have become, in some way, almost a poster child for there is life after 70. And I say the word 70 — there’s nothing about me that feels like that."

Seymour, who was married four times before she met Zambetti, previously told Hello!: "I honestly never thought I would find a really committed, healthy, lovely, loving relationship at this time of my life, but I’m incredibly blessed that I have."

And after much experience in Hollywood, the 74-year-old has said she only wants to be involved in projects that she's 'passionate' about.

"I call it experiential living. Now it is. I don’t know what’s going to happen tomorrow," she told People. "So I only want to spend my time doing things that I’m passionate about, that I really enjoy. And I make sure that, even if it’s work, that I turn it into a fun life experience."

Maintaining that youthful spirit remains hugely important to Seymour and she continues to put the hours in some 20 years after the release of Wedding Crashers.

"I work 12 to 14-hour days on sets and keep up with everyone," she added. "I don't need cue cards or anything. I learn pages after pages and I have a lot of energy and I think it's because I keep working and I keep pushing myself to be better at what it is that I do because I love what I do — I think it keeps me young."

Seymour's career doesn't seem to be coming to an end anytime soon then!
