People online reckon Travis Kelce’s ex, Kayla Nicole, just took a swipe at Taylor Swift through a creative yet 'petty' Halloween costume.
The internet has been in meltdown ever since the country singer released what appeared to be a diss track of the YouTuber just last month in 'Opalite' - the third song of 12 in her The Life of a Showgirl album.
The line, which appears to be in reference to the 33-year-old - who is set to celebrate her 34th birthday tomorrow (November 2) - states: "You couldn’t understand it, why you felt alone / You were in it for real, she was in her phone / And you were just a pose."
Now, TikToker @thesimplysimone posted a video praising Nicole’s 'Halloween album win' after she dressed up as Toni Braxton from her music video for the iconic 2000 hit, 'He Wasn’t Man Enough'.

"Y’all, Kayla Nicole has won Halloween!" Simone began in her viral TikTok. "Not only is it a great tribute costume to Toni Braxton, but this is such a creative clap-back to Taylor Swift’s a**.

"Y'all don't remember when that album dropped, she had this one song called, 'Ophelia' something [she means 'Opalite']. "And basically throw a shade towards Kayla Nicole. Mind you, Kayla ain't never brought up that man, except for the one time addressing the breakup - and that was three years ago."
Nicole leaned all the way into her Halloween theme, sharing two posts on TikTok that had fans absolutely losing it. In one, she captioned it: "This song went triple platinum in my 2006 bmw. And still getting played todayyyy."

In the next, she gave a nod to Braxton herself, saying: "She’s an icon. She’s a legend. She’s @Toni Braxton circa 2000."

Even better? Braxton apparently approved, with Simone adding: "She got Toni’s stamp of approval. One thing about Black women - we are gonna be creatively petty, and I love it. This is how you address without directly dressing! I love this, keep it going, Kayla!"
Just hours after The Life of a Showgirl was released on October 3, Nicole reposted a reel of America's Next Top Model star Eva Marcille on Instagram Stories.
Tyra Banks is seen asking Marcille in the clip: "How do you compare yourself to the other girls out there?"
The model-stroke-podcaster responded: "I don't compare myself to other girls. I'm Eva. I'm no comparison to anyone else."
