Sharon Osbourne gives update after using Ozempic revealing she's 'under 100 pounds'

The music manager said she's now 'too skinny'

Sharon Osbourne has issued a stark warning in light of her weight loss.

The former British X Factor judge started using Ozempic last December and now weighs under 100 pounds.

Osbourne has always been petite and stands at just 5ft 2 (1.58m), but now feels she looks 'gaunt' as a result of her 42lb weight loss.

She since stopped taking Ozempic - which is aimed at helping people manage type 2 diabetes - has warned people about giving it to teenagers.

Discussing her appearance, the 71-year-old said: "I’m too gaunt and I can’t put any weight on.

"I want to, because I feel I’m too skinny. I’m under 100lb and I don’t want to be."

Osbourne told the Daily Mail: "I know I look gaunt and I know everything that goes along with it. And I did it."

In regards to her warning to others, she urged people to 'be careful what you wish for'.

Meanwhile, she fears that teenagers might get their hands of the weight loss drug.

"It's too easy," Osbourne said as she reflected on her own drastic weight loss.

She also admitted you can get 'addicted' to losing weight and said that 'it can be dangerous'.

The reality TV favorite has previously discussed some of the side affects that come with taking Ozempic.

Speaking on Piers Morgan Uncensored, Osbourne said of feeling nauseous: "You don’t throw up physically, but you’ve got that feeling, and I was about two, three weeks where I felt nauseous the whole time.

"You get very thirsty, and you don’t want to eat. That’s it."

Doubling down on her remarks about young people using the drug, the mum-of-three added: "That’s why I keep saying, you’ve got to keep this stuff away from younger people because they will go berserk on it, and it’s not right.”

The U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has recently addressed the side effects that some people experience and said that 'the benefits of Ozempic outweigh its risks'.

The full statement issued to UNILAD said: "The FDA maintains that the benefits of Ozempic outweigh its risks when used according to the approved labeling."

The administration's comments come after a 79-year-old diabetic man blamed Ozempic for his two intestinal blockages.

Wilson “Bo” Muhlheim from Oregon was prescribed the drug a year ago to help him manage his type 2 diabetes.

After taking the drug, Bo ended up getting a blocked intestine twice - which he claims was caused by Ozempic.

He ended up being rushed to hospital to treat the blockage, where doctors pumped his stomach.
