The children of Rob Reiner and Michele have released another statement while their brother remains in custody on suspicion of their parents' murder.
On December 14, the veteran Hollywood movie director and his wife were found stabbed to death in their $13.5m Brentwood, LA, mansion.
Hours later, cops confirmed the couple's 32-year-old son, Nick Reiner, had been detained and arrested on suspicion of murder.
While Nick briefly appeared in court on December 17, where he was told the charges against him, which include two counts of first-degree murder and the use of a dangerous weapon, his grieving siblings, Jake and Romy, have issued a heartbreaking statement.

After their brother's court appearance, Jake and Romy shared a statement to People, describing the deaths of their parents as 'horrific and devastating', adding that it is 'something that no one should ever experience'.
Now, the 34 and 27-year-olds have revealed they are now planning a funeral for Rob and Michele.

Their spokesperson said to PEOPLE: "They will share information about a memorial service honoring their parents at a later date."
"Jake and Romy Reiner remain grateful for the outpouring of love and support they have received."
In their previous statement, the siblings said their parents weren't 'just our parents; they were our best friends', adding that they 'are grateful for the outpouring of condolences, kindness, and support we have received not only from family and friends but people from all walks of life'.
They continued to say: "We now ask for respect and privacy, for speculation to be tempered with compassion and humanity, and for our parents to be remembered for the incredible lives they lived and the love they gave."
The Los Angeles County Medical Examiner's Office determined that Rob and Michele's deaths were the result of multiple sharp force injuries, with the manner of death being ruled as a homicide.
It is believed Rob got into an argument with his son the night before the tragedy while they attended a star-studded Christmas bash.

It is also reported that Romy is the one who found the bodies of her parents in their California home before making the calls to 911.
Nick has since hired high-profile celebrity attorney Alan Jackson to represent him.
While in court, he waived his right to enter into a plea. He also appeared shackled while wearing a blue anti-suicide smock.
He was not visible to the cameras and spoke very little during his brief appearance. He simply said 'yes, your honour' when asked by Judge Theresa McGonigle if he understood he had the right to a speedy trial, BBC reports.
If convicted of the murder charges against him, Reiner could potentially face the death penalty.
His next court appearance is scheduled for January 7 next year.
