
MrBeast has made a candid admission about his financial status after he joined the billionaires club.
Real name Jimmy Donaldson, the YouTuber reportedly has a net worth of around $1billion as of May 2025.
While he's only recently become worth a billion, MrBeast has long been defying people's expectations when it come it his net worth. In 2022, he topped Forbes' 2022 Top Creators list.

Undeniably, the 27-year-old is a huge success, but this isn't necessarily shown in his bank account.
While MrBeast is technically 'rich', most of his worth is invested in his businesses and he seemingly doesn't have all of his worth accessible in cash.
Should he happen to want to cash in the stakes his in various businesses, the YouTuber would be a very rich man indeed.

Responding to a Twitter post that hailed MrBeast as 'the only billionaire under 30 to not have inherited his wealth', he made an extremely candid admission.
"I personally have very little money because I reinvest everything (I think this year we’ll spend around a quarter of a billion on content)," he replied.
"Ironically i’m actually borrowing $ from my mom to pay for my upcoming wedding lol."
MrBeast added: "But sure, on paper the businesses I own are worth a lot."

According to Business Insider, in 2024 Beast Industries raked in $473 million in revenue, a 114 percent year-over-year growth compared to revenue of $221 million in 2023. For this year, the company has forecast an eye-watering $899 million.
People have since reacted to MrBeast's honesty online. One person said: "Respect. All in on the vision."

The YouTuber announced his engagement to Thea Booysen, who he's thought to have been dating since 2022, on New Year's Day.
MrBeast has previously revealed that he had (at the time of the interview) less than $1 million in the bank.
Chatting to Steven Bartlett on his Diary of a CEO podcast, the streaming star explained that, while 'on paper' he was a billionaire, he actually had 'less than a million dollars' in his 'actual bank account'.

He continued to discuss investing his money back into his business and revealed that he put forward a staggering $50 million into creating Beast Games.
While the show went on to be a success on Prime, MrBeast admitted that he'd spent 'way too much' on it.
