Megan Thee Stallion slams 'salacious accusations' after former cameraman claimed he was forced to watch her have sex

A lawsuit alleges that a cameraman contracted to work with Stallion had been 'forced' to watch her have sex while on tour in Spain

A cameraman who worked with Megan Thee Stallion has raised a lawsuit over allegations of a hostile work environment, something the rapper has strongly denied.

Cameraman Emilio Garcia filed the complaint on April 23 in a court in Los Angeles, and claimed that the incident left him 'embarrassed, mortified and offended'.

The suit alleges that Stallion forced Garcia to watch her have sex with another woman in a car while she was touring in Spain.

In the lawsuit, Garcia's lawyers allege that Stallion had started having sex in the back of a moving vehicle and Garcia had been unable to exit the vehicle.

The suit said: “After a night out, plaintiff Stallion and three other women were riding in a SUV together. Suddenly, Stallion and one of the other women start having sex right beside plaintiff.

"Plaintiff could not get out of the car as it was both moving and he was in the middle of nowhere in a foreign country.”

The suit claims that the alleged incident took place in June 2022 in Ibiza, Spain.

Garcia goes on to claim that the day after the incident Stallion approached him and told him: “Don’t ever discuss what you saw.”

He claims that she then 'berated him' and made 'fat-shaming comments'.

In the months that followed the alleged incident, Garcia went on to claim that production and management company Roc Nation had switched him to a per-assignment arrangement instead of a monthly rate.

The cameraman claimed that he "noticed a change in how he was treated and saw a decrease in the number of bookings he received from Stallion."

Finally in June 2023, around a year after the alleged incident in Ibiza, he claims he was informed "his services would no longer be required.”

Garcia has also claimed that Stallion and Roc Nation violated California labour laws by not paying for the 'myriad' tasks he performed as Stallion's personal cameraman.

The suit alleges: “More than once, Stallion interrupted plaintiff during dinner and demanded that he immediately shift his focus to assist with her TikTok creative ideas.”

It also claims that Stallion effectively treated him like an employee despite him being an independent contractor, allegedly telling him more than once that he was “not allowed to service any other client other than herself.”

Speaking about the lawsuit, Stallion's attorney Alex Spiro strongly denied the claims, telling UNILAD in a statement: “This is an employment claim for money with no sexual harassment claim filed and with salacious accusations to attempt to embarrass her.

"We will deal with this in court.”
