Fans of Megan Fox have been left seriously concerned after reading excerpts from her poetry book, 'Pretty Boys Are Poisonous'.
In August last year, the Transformers actor announced she had written a new book which would come in the form of poems.
'Pretty Boys Are Poisonous' has since released, with Fox saying of it: "These poems were written in an attempt to excise the illness that has taken root in me because of my silence.

"I've spent my entire life carrying the secrets of men, my body aches from carrying the secrets of their sins.
"My freedom lives in these pages and I hope that my words can inspire others to take back their happiness and identity by using their voice to illuminate what's been buried, but not forgotten, in the darkness."
Several of the poems were posted to Reddit recently, and the content of it has certainly left fans concerned.
In one poem, Fox went on to describe an unidentified individual as a 'violent boy' who is 'full of rage and insecurities'.
Fox went on to say the person uses his 'beautiful and strong' hands to 'hurt me now'.
"I wonder what you are thinking while I cry and beg you to stop," the poem concluded.
While Fox doesn't explicitly say she is speaking about herself, she wrote in a separate poem: "Mornings after you would hurt me I would wake up and make your coffee, put on a sweatshirt so you wouldn't have to look at the bruises you left."
Another spine-tingling line saw the actor say 'your love leaves bloodstains on my bedsheets'.
The poem extracts have concerned many of Fox's fans, with many taking to Reddit to voice their concerns.
"Trauma bonds are incredibly hard to break, especially if you don’t have a support system," one person wrote.
A second added: "This is a cry for help disguised as poetry book. Megan telling us about her domestic abuse and miscarriage like this is heartbreaking."
While a third remarked: "I’d like to think there’s some epiphany that has been had with these poems but I’m afraid they may just be a reinforcement of a cycle."
