Kylie Jenner responded to a fan’s specific request regarding her breast augmentation, which comes years after denying she underwent the procedure.
The 27-year-old Kylie Cosmetics founder responded to a fan on TikTok who had asked about the specific details about her surgery, surprising her millions of followers.
It all started back in 2023 when, after years of speculation, the Keeping Up With The Kardashians star addressed the cosmetic procedure on an episode of The Kardashians.
As well as admitting to having fillers and botox, she admitted she got a boob job in 2017 just a few months before she became pregnant with her eldest child Stormi, now aged seven.

This is despite Kylie denying rumors of a boob job back in 2019, with her saying to fans on a Twitter Q&A: "Um never... TMI but it’s that time of the month."
During a candid chat with her friend Anastasia 'Stassie' Karanikolaou on the Disney+ series, Kylie said she used to have ‘beautiful breasts’ before the surgery, adding that she ‘wouldn’t touch anything’ if she could ‘do it all differently’.
She added: “I had beautiful breasts. Natural t**s. Just gorgeous. Perfect size, perfect everything. And I just wish, obviously, I never got them done to begin with.”
Since Kylie decided to be candid with her following regarding the cosmetic work she's had done, fans are evidently envious of her post-surgery look, with one on TikTok begging to know the exact specifications.
And unbelievably, Kylie came through with the answers.
TikToker Rachel Leary (@rachleary) said: “Shooting my shot. Ms. Kylie can you share? You have got what I am looking for to have done, in terms of like, a boob job. It’s like the most perfect natural looking boob job ever."
"They’re still big, but whatever way you had the implants - if they are implants or if you had fat transfer - to me, it is perfection.”
The fan added: “That is what I aspire mine to look like… I don’t expect you to share who did the work… but in terms of what you actually had done, I feel like you’ve been quite open about having your boobs done…”
The caption of the post read: “Help a girl out @kyliejenner. I just want to know how to get them to sit like that, respectfully.”
Kylie responded to the fan and went a step further by sharing the name of the surgeon too, replying in the comments: "445 cc, moderate profile, half under muscle!!!!! Silicone!!! Garth Fisher!!! Hope this helps lol."
Fans of reality TV’s most famous family were shocked that Kylie would be so open about the work she’s had done.
“I’m honestly very surprised by this,” one Redditor wrote in response.
“I did not expect a what’s in my boobs haul from Kylie,” another person quipped.
While one thought-provoking comment read: “I feel like cosmetic surgery is generally just becoming more accepted. I see so many people on socmed with cosmetic surgery and if someone has a 'flaw' people will just bluntly say in the comments 'get a nose job', 'get a boob job', 'get Botox'.
"This is a big change for her, but I think it’s also influenced that societal attitudes to cosmetic surgery have not just become more accepting but encouraging (and I don’t think that’s a good thing. Acceptance sure - it’s your body… encourage? No way.)”
