Todd Chrisley’s son Kyle has been arrested just months after his famous father and step-mom, Julie Chrisley, were pardoned and subsequently released from jail.
On December 20, 34-year-old Kyle was arrested in Tennessee at around 7.00pm local time, according to TMZ.
The outlet reported that the eldest son of Todd, 56, and his first wife, Teresa Terry, was booked into the Rutherford County Adult Detention Center that same night.
Rutherford County Sheriff Mike Fitzhugh told UNILAD: "Multiple charges were filed against a husband accused of assaulting three deputies responding to a domestic assault call Saturday near Smyrna, a Rutherford County Sheriff’s supervisor reported.

"Kyle Chrisley, 35, of California Drive in Murfreesboro was charged with three counts of felony retaliation for past actions, three counts of felony assault on first responders, misdemeanor domestic assault, public intoxication, disorderly conduct and resisting arrest.
"Deputies responded to a call after Chrisley’s wife called dispatchers to report her husband was 'being belligerent' and walking down the middle of Burleson Lane while she followed him in her car, reported Sgt. Brady Greene.

"'When attempting to speak with Mr. Chrisley, he became immediately aggressive, charged at deputies and began to throw punches and assault deputies,' Greene reported. 'After a physical altercation and deployment of OC Spray, Mr. Chrisley was taken into custody.'
"Three deputies suffered injuries, the sergeant said.
"Chrisley was charged and booked into Rutherford County Adult Detention Center.
"He was released on $88,500 bond from Rutherford County Adult Detention Center. A hearing is set Jan. 27 in General Sessions Court."
In August, Kyle and his wife, Ashleigh Nelson, sued two sheriff’s deputies and Rutherford County over an aggravated assault arrest.
It’s understood the father-of-one was taken into custody in September 2024 after a ‘disgruntled mechanic, angry over a payment dispute, showed up uninvited’ at their home.
Despite the worker allegedly ‘threatening violence’ towards Kyle, deputies from the Rutherford County Sheriff’s Office ‘didn’t arrest the man who caused the chaos’.

“Instead, they arrested Kyle Chrisley, and ignored clear evidence that he was the victim, not the aggressor,” the lawsuit read, as per PEOPLE.
People reported that attorneys for the couple, who wed in 2021, hoped for ‘accountability and change because no family should have to endure what the Chrisley family endured in this terrifying scenario’.
Attorneys requested a jury trial, attorney fees, and $1.7 million in damages, due to the humiliation, mental suffering, and emotional distress that Kyle allegedly suffered.
Kyle was also arrested in March 2023 for an alleged felony aggravated assault.
Kyle’s most recent arrest comes after his dad Todd and his second wife Julie, 52, were released early from prison.
The Chrisley Knows Best pair were sentenced to jail in 2022 for 12 counts of bank and wire fraud, tax evasion, and conspiracy.
Todd was initially set to spend 12 years behind bars, while the Chrisley family matriarch was to serve seven.
After reporting to prison in January 2023, the couple left their cells once US President Donald Trump, 79, granted them executive clemency in May 2025.

Following their release, Todd and Julie launched Chrisley Confessions 2.0, a continuation of their previous podcast, and now have plans to start filming a new cooking show.
According to PEOPLE, they plan to start shooting in February 2026.
Todd and Julie’s brood includes 29-year-old Chase, Savannah, 28, and youngest son Grayson, 19.
As well as sharing Kyle with Teresa, the patriarch is a father to 36-year-old Lindsie Chrisley.
