Keanu Reeves fans have been left gobsmacked after the Canadian actor confirmed his real age live on TV.
The much-loved Hollywood star has had an impressive career spanning four decades, with notable franchises including The Matrix and John Wick.
But Reeves shocked fans when he revealed his true age on a UK chat show. The star appeared on BBC One's The One Show on Wednesday night (October 23) to chat with hosts Alex Jones and Gabby Logan.
He was joined by author China Miéville as the pair have been working to turn Reeves and Matt Kindt's comic book BRZRKR into a novel.

The pair discussed the project, titled The Book of Elsewhere, as well as stand-out moments in Reeves' career, including a recent reunion with Speed co-star Sandra Bullock some 30 years on.
While talking about his milestones, Reeves revealed: “Well I’ve turned 60 this year," as presenter Alex, shocked, responded: “Did you? You can not be 60."
Reeves responded: “Yes, I am 60 years old," stunning Alex into silence, who eventually mustered up a 'wow' in response.

And it wasn't just Alex who was taken aback by the news. Fans tuning in at home took to X, formerly Twitter, to share in her surprise.
One wrote: “Keanu Reeves is 60!! He looks about 20 years younger than me and I’m 10 years younger than him. Incredible!!”
A second typed: "Sorry Keanu Reeves is 60!!!!! @BBCTheOneShow he looks amazing for his age and he seems like the nicest guy.”
A third agreed: "Keanu Reeves looks incredible at 60 years old! Such a kind and humble human being."
A fourth posted: "OMG how can #KeanuReeves look this gorgeous at 60. The man is timeless #TheOneShow.”

Another admitted: "Whenever I feel old, I look at the divine Keanu. We are the same age ('64 babies) and are younger than Pitt, Clooney, Depp, and Cruise. Age is just a number & Keanu and I are really cool despite being 60. #TheOneShow."
Reeves recently celebrated his 60th birthday on September 2. And as the proud X user pointed out above, he's younger than a few of his fellow Hollywood icons.
Brad Pitt is currently 60 but turns 61 on December 18, while George Clooney celebrated his 63th birthday on May 6. Johnny Depp turned 61 on June 9 and Tom Cruise turned 62 on July 3.
