Pulp Fiction actor Kathy Griffin has revealed the exact cost of her third facelift, and she was the first to admit it was 'not cheap'.
The 65-year-old comedian admitted the shocking price of her most recent cosmetic procedure in this week's episode of the Good Guys podcast, hosted by former Nickelodeon star Josh Peck and co-host Ben Soffer.
She spoke candidly about the surgery, which involves tightening the skin on the face, after previously shocking fans with her swollen lips from a different procedure. In the new interview, Griffin came clean to the hosts about what we all want to know - the price tag.
Griffin acknowledged that some surgeons, like Dr Steven Levine in New York City, who famously performed Kris Jenner's facelift, can charge huge prices for their work, but she indicated she's not willing to hand over 'upwards of a million'.

"I'm just such a money person. I can't bring myself to do it," she said.
Instead, Griffin explained: "I went to Kris Jenner's last guy. Not the million ponytail [...] where they pull your whole face up as if you are putting yourself in a high ponytail [...] that's what Kris got. But I went to her last guy."
The star then revealed the exact price of her facelift, and yes, it's expensive.
"It was not cheap... you ready? $218,000," the comedian said, before adding: "Do you know how many d*** jokes I have to tell for $218,000."
The news of the pricey procedure comes after Griffin previously referred to herself as 'vain' in an August episode of her Talk Your Head Off podcast.
She said at the time: "It's my third. I know I'm so vain for no reason. No one has ever gone to a Kathy Griffin show to see her beautiful, youthful face."

Griffin has not been shy about sharing her procedures online over the past few years, with one of her most memorable moments being her 2023 lip tattoo which caused an allergic reaction.
"I'm going to get my eyebrows micro-bladed more because I didn't do enough the last time, and I'm getting my lips tattooed, but they call it blushing. We'll see," she said in a YouTube video at the time.
The celeb has also openly listed other procedures she's had done, including an 'upper eye job', which consists of a 'cat eye stitch' to give her eyes a lift at the corners.
