The Trump administration has thrown out nutritional advice that we've all grown used to in recent years, to replace it with new dietary guidelines.
We all remember the slogan 'five-a-day - for better health', well that campaign is soooo last year... or really, sooo 1988.
Instead, Health and Human Services Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr. - the man who has suggested consuming Tylenol in pregnancy leads to the fetus developing autism - has packaged together a guide for eating healthily.
Hailing it as 'most significant reset of federal nutrition policy in decades', the department have rolled it out for households to adhere to up until 2030.

"The new Guidelines deliver a clear, common-sense message to the American people: eat real food," it noted.
Speaking about the new health advice himself, Kennedy added: "These Guidelines return us to the basics.
"American households must prioritize whole, nutrient-dense foods - protein, dairy, vegetables, fruits, healthy fats, and whole grains - and dramatically reduce highly processed foods. This is how we Make America Healthy Again.”
Yes, rounding of the interview with a slimmer version of the MAGA slogan.
So, how much will a quick visit to the grocery store set you back if you were to adhere to the US Government's new food chart?
Well, according to the New York Post, it would cost a staggering a single person $175 each week - purchasing their greens from Amazon's Whole Foods Market... if they choose the good, high-quality stuff.
That price is reduced to around $164 if you visit an in-person grocery store.
The guidelines also provide tailored recommendations for Americans of all ages, as well as pregnant women - and those breastfeeding.

Touching on it, Department of Agriculture Secretary Brooke Rollins also lauded the new guidelines - and more specifically, President Donald Trump for breaking the mold and standing up against the injustice that we may find on our plates.
"Thanks to the bold leadership of President Trump, this edition of the Dietary Guidelines for Americans will reset federal nutrition policy, putting our families and children first as we move towards a healthier nation,” she said.
“At long last, we are realigning our food system to support American farmers, ranchers, and companies that grow and produce real food. Farmers and ranchers are at the forefront of the solution, and that means more protein, dairy, vegetables, fruits, healthy fats, and whole grains on American dinner tables.”
