Former adult film star Jenna Jameson explains how new partner 'inspired’ her to find Jesus after 'switching sides'

Former adult film star Jenna Jameson revealed in a rare interview how her new partner has helped her to convert religion - its the second instance in the last decade.

Faith has been a major part of 51-year-old Jameson's retirement from the sex industry, where she became a major star and shot more than 200 films - more than earning her title as the 2000s 'Queen of Porn'.

After quitting adult entertainment in 2008, before making a brief return in 2013, Jameson, real name Jenna Marie Massoli, found a new lease of life when she converted to Judaism in 2015 in order to marry her then-boyfriend Lior Bitton.

She even quit Twitter in 2019 because of her new faith. “My sobriety and faith are the most important things to me. I am being attacked for my faith. Being Jewish,” the former adult star said at the time.

But after a tumultuous few years, her new beau Milagros R. Ocampo has now led her 'straight into the arms of Jesus'.

Jameson discussed this Damascene conversion back to Christianity, which took place in September, in an interview with Us Weekly.

She explained how her new partner, a decade younger than herself, 'never once pushed her faith on me' but instead showed her the light.

"I watched her beautifully worship Jesus, and I felt so incredibly inspired. So without words, she led me straight into the arms of Jesus,” the former adult star shared.

“I love Judaism and I still feel incredibly connected to it,” Jameson said. “Recently, over the last year, I felt a pull on my heart, though. My partner is incredibly well versed in Christianity and has helped guide me when I expressed interest.”

She 'hard launched' her relationship Ocampo, a non-binary author and serving US Army member, earlier this year in a series of Instagram posts where she described how her 'knees were weak' for her younger partner.

Jameson added: "Yes, she’s incredibly educated and successful...but it’s her heart and passion that always leave me in awe. She inspires me daily and I’m so lucky to not only know her, but be loved by her."

The couple are clearly head over heels for each other, with declarations of love shared in each of their social media bios.

The former adult star's said she is 'taken by Milagros', with her partner's Instagram echoing the same message.

Faith is also clearly an important part of their relationship, as both Jameson and Ocampo post regularly about Christianity on their social media.

'Why seek validation from a world that crucified a perfect human?' Jameson imparted to her more than 500,000 followers this week.

Ocampo had a similarly relevant theological preponderance for her followers, also hinting that the couple's faith is likely non-denominational. 'Sometimes the people we call 'lost' are closer to Jesus than the people holding stones,' they shared.

But whatever their religious configuration, for the previously troubled sex worker who has spoken about her issues with alcohol, this relationship is working better than he previous ones.

She said their fresh romance was going 'better than I ever thought possible,' adding that 'I’m at peace and incredibly happy, she understands me.'

The pair enjoy everyday activities spent together, she shared that they 'love going on camping trips' and, crucially, Ocampo 'smiles and patiently waits while I shop.'

Despite their religious convictions, her new partner did not have an issue with her past as an adult film star, she said in her interview.

She said: “I didn’t bring it up right away, and honestly, it never changed how she saw me. The conversation ended with her saying, ‘Oh, OK … can we go have that UBE ice cream in a bear-shaped mould?'

"And that was it. No judgment, no hesitation. That’s when I knew I could be honest with her, because she already accepted me as I was.”
