Old friends tend to 'get you' more than anyone else can, something Jennifer Aniston experiences every year thanks to the kindness of her long-term close friend and fellow Hollywood A-lister Adam Sandler.
The 59-year-old Happy Gilmore funny man and the Friends super star, 57, have been close for over 30 years and starred in a number of films together, including Murder Mystery and its 2023 sequel.
Having known each other from before they became global superstars in their own rights, their friendship runs very deep and the pair are often spotted ribbing each other on press tours. But Aniston has revealed previously a truly touching thing that Sandler does for her on the same day each year.
Father-of-two Sandler sends a bouquet to Aniston every single year on Mother's Day, the We're The Millers actor revealed in a 2023 Washington Post interview. A poignant gesture considering the difficulties she had in her 30s and 40s.

She shared some of these problems with Allure, saying that she had spent most of her fertile years trying every treatment possible to get pregnant.
"All the years and years and years of speculation... It was really hard. I was going through IVF, drinking Chinese teas, you name it," she shared.
"I was throwing everything at it. I would've given anything if someone had said to me, 'Freeze your eggs. Do yourself a favor.' You just don't think it.”
Aniston revealed how gruelling the process was and that she eventually reached her breaking point.
“The ship has sailed. I have zero regrets. I actually feel a little relief now because there is no more, 'Can I? Maybe. Maybe. Maybe'. I don't have to think about that anymore.”
In a gesture of solidarity with his lifelong friend, Sandler - a father of two - and his wife, Jackie, send her flowers on Mother’s Day as a way to show their love and support.

The Morning Show star has previously shrugged off criticism that her marriage to Hollywood icon Brad Pitt, which ended in 2005, and partnership with Justin Theroux (2011-2017) both ‘failed’ because she couldn’t conceive.
“God forbid a woman is successful and doesn’t have a child. And the reason my husband left me, why we broke up and ended our marriage, was because I wouldn’t give him a kid. It was absolute lies.”
Speaking to Harper’s Bazaar UK, she added: “[The media] didn’t know my story, or what I’d been going through over the past 20 years to try to pursue a family, because I don’t go out there and tell them my medical woes.”
During a recent interview on Dax Shepard and Monica Padman’s Armchair Expert podcast, Aniston opened up about her decision not to become a mom via adoption.

"When people say, ‘But you can adopt', I don’t want to adopt. I want my own DNA in a little person. "That’s the only way, selfish or not, whatever that is, I’ve wanted it.”
Last month, Aniston and Sandler’s ex-co-star, Drew Barrymore, admitted the trio had discussed working together.
Barrymore, 50, and the Dumplin’ star previously worked on 2009’s He’s Just Not That Into You, while Sandler-Barrymore projects include 1998’s Blended, cult favorite 50 First Dates, and Frank Coraci’s Blended.
Speaking on her self-titled talk show, the mom-of-two said: “We’ve batted around some ideas.
“As a joke, we say we’ll make the Three’s Company movie, but I’m really bullish on Death Becomes Her, a remake of that."
1992’s Death Becomes Her stars Meryl Streep, Goldie Hawn, Isabella Rossellini, and Bruce Willis.
The Oscar-winning frenemies film continues to have a cult following, recently being adapted into a Broadway musical starring Megan Hilty, Jennifer Simard, and Christopher Sieber.
