Hailey Bieber has lifted the lid on what cosmetic tweaks she’s actually had done - and it turns out, it’s way less than people think.
The 28-year-old model and Rhode skincare founder opened up about her beauty routine and facial treatments during a chat on Owen Thiele’s In Your Dreams podcast, which aired on Friday (October 24).
“I don’t have any Botox except for in my jaw for TMJ, but I have no Botox in my face,” Hailey revealed, setting the record straight once and for all.
TMJ - short for temporomandibular joint disorder - affects the jaw and can cause pain or stiffness, according to the Mayo Clinic.

Hailey went on to explain that she’s made a personal promise to steer clear of facial Botox for now.
"I made a commitment to myself that I wasn’t going to do any Botox until I was in my 30s. When I get there, I’ll see if I even want to do it,” she said.
The star, who’s married to Justin Bieber, also credited her youthful glow to genetics and a killer skincare routine, taking after her mom, Kennya Baldwin.
"My mom does nothing to her skin and she looks insane," Hailey shared, adding that she tries to follow that same natural approach.
Still, the mogul admits she’s meticulous when it comes to caring for her complexion. Alongside using her own Rhode products, she swears by brands like Avène, BeautyStat, EltaMD, Naturium, and Cosrx.
When it comes to treatments, Hailey’s a big fan of platelet-rich plasma - or PRP - therapy.
"I love PRP, which is when they take your blood from your arm and they spin it," she explained. "I love doing PRP with microneedling. I’ve talked about that a lot."
She’s also experimented with platelet-rich fibrin (PRF) injections, describing it as a 'natural' alternative.
"They take your blood - but it’s called EZ Gel - and basically they heat it and then they cool it, and it kind of makes your blood a gel consistency," she said.
"And then you inject it. So I’ve done that, which I loved. I’ve injected my smile lines. I’ve injected it under my eyes.”
"It’s from your own body, so you can trust it,” she said, noting that she does the procedure a couple of times a year.
Before adding: "I’ve done light little lasers before [too], but that’s it.”
Beyond beauty talk, the conversation turned personal, with Hailey revealing that she and Justin - who share one-year-old son Jack Blues Bieber - definitely plan to grow their family.
"I know I want more than one," she said. "I always knew I wanted to be a mom, though. Since I was a little kid, I always envisioned myself having kids."
