The sister of model Hailey Bieber could end up in jail for her part in an alleged bar fight where she is accused of using a tampon as a weapon and harming a man by hitting him in the genitals.
Charges were filed against Bieber's older sister, 33-year-old Alaia Baldwin Aronow, on Monday, January 2026, almost two years after she was arrested in connection with the February 2024 incident at a bar in Georgia.
The second daughter of actor Stephen Baldwin is now facing four criminal charges, all at a misdemeanor level, including simple battery, simple assault, battery and criminal trespass. This could land her up to 12 months in prison, a fine, or some form of community service, if convicted.
Aronow is accused of assaulting three staff members at Club Elan in Savannah, in an alleged violent outburst that Us Weekly reports saw her launch a used tampon at a bartender in the staff bathroom and ripping hair out of the scalp of another worker.

Prosecutors allege that a third bar employee was also hit 'in the genitals' during the incident, which ended in Aronow's arrest after Club Elan's owner was forced to call 911 after she refused to leave the premises.
According to TMZ reports at the time, she entered the employees' bathroom and was told to use the customer's toilets, but is said to have become combative and refused the direction.
Female bartender Haliegh Cauley told the publication at the time that she had found Aronow and her friends in the staff restroom and told her to leave, noticing 'throw-up filled to the top of the sink' as she walked in. Despite telling them to leave, when she returned, they were still there.
Cauley alleges that this is when the model hit her in the face with a used tampon, which she clarified was not thrown, but touched her face as the model swung her arm. She also said that Aronow had a 'scary' look on her face.

Bieber's sister stands accused of then pulling out a chunk of a security guard's hair after he attempted to detain her and kicking another member of the security staff in the groin when he tried to intervene.
A police report regarding the incident, obtained by E!, reads: "Ms. Aronow stated she was forcefully removed from the club.
"She initially denied forcing her way into the bathroom, only stating she needed to use the restroom to throw up and change her tampon."
The report claimed that Aronow initially denied using her tampon in the scuffle with staff, but that she 'later stated she did throw it.'
It also indicated that there was video evidence of the fight that 'clearly shows' Aronow 'grabbing and pulling' the hair of one security guard and 'hitting' another 'in the genitals'.
At the time of the incident, Aronow's attorney Drew Findling said: "On February 24, 2024, Ms. Aronow traveled to Savannah, GA to celebrate the upcoming marriage of a close friend. Sadly, what should have been a celebratory girls night out, unfortunately took an unexpected turn.
"Ms. Aronow is embarrassed and saddened by the events of that night and is proactively taking the necessary steps to ensure that it never happens again."
