Gigi Hadid has caused a ruckus after changing her usual look, and fans don’t know what to think.
The top model has been a fashion and style icon for so long, it’s hard to think that any of her looks could cause a negative reaction. However, it's now apparently happened, with online commenters up in arms over one tiny detail.
Blonde, bronze, and beautiful. That’s how Gigi is known to the world, but she recently decided to switch things up for the New Year, and people have been left baffled by the move.
The 30-year-old revealed her new hairstyle on social media, which came in the form of a dark bob.

Having posted it on Instagram, people initially praised her style choice and fresh, new, look.
Other fans have been mulling over its description, and many don’t seem to agree.
The issue came after her stylist, Dimitris, shared a photo with the caption: “GIGI HADID ‘Matte black Mini Bob’.”
Of course, it’s a dark colored hair, and it is certainly a bob, but matte?
This one word caused a whole debate on the comments, with people refusing to believe that the image shows her locks as anything but wet and glossy.
In response, people started sharing their confusion down below, with one commenter writing: “Matte? That looks super shiny to me.”
Another asked: “Maybe matte is the new wet look?”
Others were fast to compliment her change, with one person stating: “Oh hey sexyy mama .. gorgeous.”
Another wrote: “Woooow She's perfect.”
To be honest, her hair kind of looks how you’d find wet hair that has been sprayed with salt water looks. It’s a muted shine, and not fully matte due to the moisture in the hair.
Anyway, Gigi isn’t the only celebrity to be slated for a new look.
In fact, her boyfriend, Bradley Cooper, has been left defending himself after commenters suggested he’s gone under the knife to achieve a slimmer face.
"Did Bradley Cooper destroy his looks with plastic surgery? He doesn't even look like the same person any more!"< a social media user wrote on X.
To this, the 51-year-old set the record straight when speaking on the SmartLess podcast in an episode released on Monday (January 5).
Co-hosts Jason Bateman, Sean Hayes and Will Arnett, began to talk about the issue.
Arnett was asked to name one thing about Cooper a lot of people do not know, and he said: "I said, 'Well, there's a lot'. And then I was gonna I was gonna say, because we keep reading everybody thinks that Bradley's had plastic surgery. Everybody keeps saying that. I'm like, 'What people don't know is that he hasn't'. Right?"
The Maestro actor then added: "No, I get people [coming] up to me the last couple weeks. They're like, 'Oh, you look good! Yeah. Yeah, but it's a crazy s***."
