Donald Trump is said to have turned down an invite to Jeff Bezos' upcoming nuptials.
Tech billionaire Bezos is expected to marry Lauren Sanchez tomorrow (June 28) in Venice, Italy, but their wedding celebrations have already began in what's believed to be a five-day affair.
The couple have faced issues ahead of tomorrow's ceremony however and were forced to change their wedding venue as a result of anti-Bezos protests in the city.

A group who have named themselves 'No Space for Bezos' have long been protesting the Amazon founder's wedding in Venice in light of the city already facing problems related to overtourism.
While they may have changed their venue, their wedding plans are still very much happening and celebrities from across the globe have been jetting to Europe.

From Kim Kardashian and Orlando Bloom, to Tom Brady and Leonardo DiCaprio, dozens of famous faces have been spotted in Venice.

One person who won't be there though is President Donald Trump, despite him reportedly being invited.
White House officials have confirmed that Trump was indeed on the guest list, but he had to decline the invite as a result of scheduling conflicts, says The Telegraph.
Trump's daughter, Ivanka Trump, and her husband will be going however. Donald Trump Jr. is also going.

The invite that all these celebrities will have been sent ahead of the wedding was recently leaked online, and it left everyone saying the same thing.
The invite read: “We are excited for you to join us! We have one early request: please, no gifts.
“Instead, we’re making contributions in your honor and with gratitude to you for making the journey to celebrate with us in Venice.
“Donations on your behalf are being made to the UNESCO Venice Office to safeguard this city’s irreplaceable cultural heritage, to CORILA to restore the vital lagoon habitats that protect Venice’s future, and to Venice International University to support research and education for sustainable solutions.

“This magical place has gifted us unforgettable memories. Our hope is that through these efforts and by joining us, Venice will continue to inspire wonder for generations to come.”

But it wasn't the invite's sentiments that people took issue with, but its design.
"This invite was proudly sponsored by Microsoft Paint and zero adult supervision," someone quipped online.

"Money can’t buy taste. That invite was made on the canva app in the 11 minute trip to 'space'," said a second.
