Cardi B and Offset sued over unpaid rent and ‘significant' damage to rental home
Cardi B and Offset don’t seem on the best terms right now but the pair’s troubles are set to get worse as they now face legal action.
Rapper Cardi B has been very vocal about her frustrations with her former partner Offset in recent weeks.
But their latest legal trouble could bring them together, I suppose?

According to documents obtained by TMZ, The Blast and US Weekly, the pair are being sued by a landlord over alleged unpaid rent and damage caused to the property.
The pair moved into a Beverly Hills home in 2022, but left this October and are now facing the wrath of the landlord.
The owner of the swanky home has said they found 'significant property damage' once the couple left including permanent scratches in the tile floors, rugs, and curtains; broken furniture; holes in the walls; burn marks on tables, counters, and cabinets; and colored paint on white leather couches. Yikes.
The landlord has estimated the total cost of all the damages found in the home to being $85,000, so hardly chump change.
It's also alleged the celebrity couple were behind on rent and utility payments before they vacated the property without giving notice.
Despite now being separated, the pair will likely have to put aside their differences to resolve this issue.
UNILAD has contacted representatives for Offset and Cardi B for a comment.
Speaking to her fans on Instagram live earlier this month, Cardi explained that she had been single for a minute. She admitted she was not sure how to break the news to her fans that she was no longer with Offset, who she married in 2017.
The former couple share two children together and in recent weeks rumors have circulated on social media about their now-confirmed separation.
The pair don’t seem to be on polite terms right now, however.
Last week, Cardi broke into a furious cursed-filled rant against the rapper on social media.
“[Offset] you a b**** ass n**** and trust me imma f******* take it there,” she posted on X.
In another post she added: “M*****f****** will try you when you are at your lowest and your most vulnerable time. You out here feeling yourself but trust me tables turn."
Both posts are no longer visible on Cardi’s X page.
The rapper then took to Instagram live to let the world know how she really feels, continuing her cursed-filled rant against her ex.
