There's been an update in the case of adult creator Bonnie Blue, who has been arrested overseas for her alleged risky stunt.

The controversial British adult star was arrested on Friday (December 5) alongside 17 male tourists, aged between 19 and 40 years old, on suspicion of making X-rated material in Bali, which is prohibited under Indonesia's strict laws.

It is alleged that her so-called 'BangBus' sex tour is what has landed her in hot water with the Indonesian province, prompting local police to arrest Blue, real name Tia Billinger, and seize the van under its strict anti-pornography legislation.

Badung Police Chief Arif Batubara said in a statement that cops made arrests following a report from a member of the public over 'suspected pornography or the creation of indecent video material.'

Amongst the items taken reportedly include lubricant, condoms, viagra pills and 19 outfits with 'School Bonnie Blue' written on them.

Now, immigration authorities are reportedly planning to quiz the former OnlyFans creator - who has faked an arrest in the UK earlier this year as part of a publicity stunt - in the next 48 hours.

If prosecuted and found guilty, Billinger, who shot to fame for having sex with more than 1,000 men in 12 hours, could face 15 years behind bars in Indonesia and a hefty fine of around 6 billion rupiah (roughly $360,000).

However, according to Philo Dellano, a managing partner at an immigration law firm in Jakarta, it is more likely that the 26-year-old will be deported and possibly banned from returning to Indonesia.

"She is being detained by the police, which means they can proceed to prosecute her,” Dellano said in a statement to News.com.au. “But in my opinion, if there is an ‘invisible hand’ that requests that she be deported, she can be transferred to the nearest immigration office, from where she will be deported from Indonesia."

The news comes as Billinger's alleged participants, including a group of 14 Australians, are said to have been released on Saturday (December 6) morning after being interviewed as witnesses.

It is understood the group will be able to fly home in the next few days, as per an immigration official from Ngurah Rai who told the Daily Mail: “They (the 14 Australians) will be allowed to go back to their country after we finish the examination.”

He added: "We will be deepening the investigation to check her activity during her time in Bali and work jointly with police.”

When asked if another three men said to be being interviewed by the cops could face charges, the official said: "If they did not make commercial content, maybe that’s not a problem. If they make commercial content, we could charge them.

"We could also check whether it has created unrest in the community or not.”

Police have also seized the adult creator's professional video cameras and her Instagram account, in which she can be seen inviting teens over the age of 18 to her 'Bangbus' for pornographic activities, particularly inviting young Australians for graduation celebrations, known as Schoolies, to meet her.

LADbible Group has contacted Ngurah Rai Immigration for comment.
