Blake Lively chose an interesting design for her son's first birthday cake and it's left fans pretty divided.

The Green Lantern actress has been married to former co-star Ryan Reynolds for over ten years now, and throughout their marriage, the couple welcomed four children together: James, Inez, Betty, and Olin.

Their youngest Olin was born in February of last year, and while the couple initially kept quiet on the name and sex of their baby, Reynolds revealed his name at the New York City premiere of Deadpool & Wolverine on 22 July and proceeded to share his gender in a later video posted to Instagram.

Meanwhile, Lively is currently in the midst of promoting her latest film, It Ends With Us (based on Colleen Hoover's widely popular novel of the same name), and has also had some updates to share on Olin.

During a recent interview with BBC Radio 2's Zoe Ball and Friends, Lively — who's famously talented at baking — revealed the cake she made for Olin's first birthday. And rather than going down the traditional route of giraffes, unicorns, or even Mickey Mouse, Lively decided to make her son a boob cake.

"My birthday cakes always have a little bit of a sense of humor," she explained. "For my baby, I just did a giant set of t*ts, which I feel like will haunt him for life."

"But, what do they want at one? He can't declare what he wants. So, boobs!" she added.

"I'll show you a picture after, they're pretty amazing," before clarifying, "Of the cake, not of mine…Also amazing though."

Lively's brilliant yet bonkers boob cake idea has fans online completely divided, with some dubbing it hilarious and others thinking she's going to regret it.

One user on Reddit wrote, "Someone needs to stop her because at best she's sharing weird stories like this and at worst she's ruining a person's entire career. And I mean those birthday pictures are not going to age well."

Another user added, "Blake, when everyone asked you to stop talking about your hair care line, it wasn’t an invitation to share this."

"Okay but like why is this a thing we have to know," another chimed in.

But there is also another half out there defending Lively's cake calling it 'hilarious.'

Underneath BBC Radio 2's excerpt of the clip on Instagram, one user commented: "I don't know how you would watch this and not like her. She sounds hilarious."

Another also wrote, "Hey that's all my son wanted at one!! Great idea. I love her so much."

"I wanna see the cake now I'm curious lol," another joked.

Lively's recent press run for It Ends With Us has not come without its fair share of controversy, with rumors of feuds and disappointment in Lively's handling of the film's subject matter casting a cloud over its reception.
