
Rapper 4xtra suffered a serious incident during July 4 celebrations that saw him lose multiple fingers.
Like millions of Americans across the country, rapper and No Jumper podcast host 4xtra, real name Resan, was celebrating the country’s Independence Day.
While people celebrate in a whole host of ways, many choose fireworks to show their pride, but for the rapper, the use of fireworks proved to be a regrettable choice.
Details of the incident are not yet clear but the star reportedly lost fingers after a firework explosion.

However, before this incident, 4xtra showed how excited he was with the fireworks and made repeated jokes about his intentions in a video that has begun circulating on social media.
Showing two of the fireworks in his hand, he said he would blow someone up and be throwing the fireworks all over the place as part of his July 4 celebrations.

Most chillingly, he closed the brief video by saying: “I’m throwing them at you, I'll blow your a** up, I’m blowing somebody up today.”

The joke soon became a terrifying reality as the rapper would end up blowing parts of his own hand and losing fingers a few hours later.
A post from No Jumper’s Twitter account stated the rapper had 'reportedly blown off his hand with a firework'.
Adam Grandmaison - known as Adam22 and owner of No Jumper - gave an update about 4xtra after seeing the posts.
Writing on his page he added: “I’m hearing that 4xtra only lost 2 fingers, not the whole hand. Also, he was blind for a few hours, but apparently his vision is back.”

4xtra, has not yet publicly commented on his injuries however his sister, Emily has launched a GoFundMe in order to help cover his medical expenses following the incident.

On the page, she wrote: “Hello, my name is Emily and I'm 4XTRA sister. I'm starting this GoFundMe to help with his medical expenses.
“On the 4th of July, 4XTRA was injured in a firework accident. As many of you know, medical care can be incredibly expensive and add up very fast .
