Kid Rock is among the conservatives yelling at clouds over Bud Light's partnership with a trans activist.

Except in the case of the singer, 'yelling at clouds' quickly escalated into shooting cans of beer with what looked like an AR-style rifle.

Taking on Instagram on 3 April, Kid Rock seemingly decided to boycott Anheuser-Busch, the parent company of Budweiser, over their new campaign with Dylan Mulvaney, a transgender woman and influencer.

The brewery recently celebrated the influencer's '365 days of womanhood' with a customised can adorned with an illustration of her face, which she proudly showed her fans on social media.

This enraged some conservatives, including Kid Rock, who jumped at the opportunity to embrace the rifle and put up a show.

"Grandpa is feeling a little frisky today," he said in his video.

"Let me say something to y'all and be as clear and concise as possible," he continued before the camera panned to reveal he was holding the weapon. Kid Rock then shot some crates of Bud Light placed on a table in the distance.

After planting holes in the cans, he felt the need to clarify the reasoning behind his unnecessary display of macho toxicity, addressing Bud Light directly.

"F*** Bud Light and f*** Anheuser-Busch. Have a terrific day," the singer said.

This final quip left little doubt as to what he could be possibly upset about.

On 2 April, Mulvaney announced she and Bud Light had partnered for March Madness amid the company's effort to be more inclusive.

Dressed in an outfit inspired by Audrey Hepburn in Breakfast at Tiffany's, the activist joked she had no idea that March Madness was related to sports as she proceeded to open cans of beers.

The influencer became an online sensation when she opened up on her transition journey online, getting candid about her life with her 1.7 million Instagram and 10.8 million TikTok followers.

In January this year, Mulvaney shared her recovery after undergoing facial feminisation surgery last December.

"You know I have a flair for the dramatics, but it's so good right?" she said in the clip posted to her channels. "I'm so happy, and it's still me. It's just a little bit softer of a version."

"I just hope that all trans and non-binary people can get the gender-affirming resources that they need because this is life-changing and sometimes life-saving," Mulvaney added, thanking fans for their love and support.

UNILAD has contacted Anheuser-Busch for comment.
