50 Cent suing Miami doctor for suggesting he had penis enlargement surgery

50 Cent alleges a Miami doctor used photos of him to wrongly imply he’d had penile enhancement surgery

Self proclaimed ‘love doctor’ 50 Cent has turned on one of his own as it has emerged he is suing a doctor for suggesting he had penis enlargement surgery.

It’s a shame, really, seeing as in his 2009 hit 'Candy Shop', 50 Cent waxed lyrical about both his penis (got the magic stick) and love of medical professions (I’m the love doctor), and now it’s all come tumbling down.

The rapper alleges a Miami doctor used photos of him to wrongly imply he’d had penile enhancement surgery and is suing the surgeon over the claims.

The rapper, whose real name is Curtis James Jackson III, claims in his lawsuit that doctor Angela Kogan used his images to try and promote her plastic surgery clinic after he ‘graciously agreed’ to take photos with her.

However, 50 alleges that he later found out Kogan - who’s described in documents as an ‘unscrupulous business owner’- had repeatedly promoted her practice, Perfection Plastic Surgery and MedSpa, using his image.

In legal documents, 50 further claimed it all kicked off when Kogan’s company posted the snaps on social media, according to The Independent

The rapper’s team say things then took a ‘disturbing turn’ in August when Kogan allegedly ‘manipulated’ a Shade Room article that ‘falsely insinuated’ he’d had penile enlargement surgery.

The article, titled ‘Penis enhancements are more popular than ever & BBL’s are dying out: Cosmetic surgery CEO Angela Kogan Speaks on it’, didn’t use 50’s name, but apparently referred to him as a ‘client’.

50’s lawyer said an ‘edited collage of Jackson and Kogan next to a faceless male undergoing a penile enhancement procedure’ was used in the article, making the implication ‘clear’.

50 claims he was subjected to ‘lewd, lascivious, and sexually objectifying comments from members of the public’ after the article was shared online.

His lawyers said: “Kogan should have known that this could lead to vulgar and sexually charged comments about Jackson and his body, particularly in light of the ways that Black men in US history have been, and continue to be, sexualised and fetishised.”

50 wants to make sure Kogan is banned from using the photo in the future and is also seeking ‘millions of dollars’ in potential damage as a result of her ‘malicious’ conduct.

The star’s lawyers added: “Jackson never had such a sexual enhancement procedure, he has never received plastic surgery from defendants, and he never consented to the commercialisation and publication of the photo.”
