A hacker as issued a warning to all publishers after seemingly leaking parts of GTA VI.
GTA VI will finally be released on November 19, 13 years after GTA V hit shelves.
While gaming fans have been eagerly awaiting the next part of the popular franchise to be released, Rockstar Games, GTA's publisher, has faced a series of devastating leaks.
One of the leaks was in 2023 and resulted in teenage hacker Arion Kurtaj from Oxford, UK, being arrested and sentenced to an indefinite hospital stay. The leak, which reportedly cost Rockstar as much as $5 million, was the work of international gang Lapsus$ (which Kurtaj was a member of).

Now Rockstar Games has been hit with yet another leak, this time of multiple gameplay clips and what appears to be the entire GTA VI map.
The latest leak is from an individual or group calling itself Cyberleek. The cyberattack is apparently in protest of anti-consumerism.
Cyberleek said in a publicly released document (per PC Gamer): "Publishers sell licenses and call them purchases.
"They ship unfinished games and call them living services. They lock content on discs and call it DLC. They kill games and keep the money. Every year anti-consumerism tightens its grip, and every year gamers get less for what they pay."
Elsewhere the individual or group warned other publishers that 'no one is safe', NBC News reports, and listed three 'commandments' they want to be met. These include the removal of digital pre-orders, 'fake' singleplayer DLC that already exists within the game's data, and mandatory 'offline fallback states' for singleplay titles.

Cyberleek continued: "Cyberleek will not stop until [Rockstar] issue a public statement and an apology with concrete commitment to be better. Words are not enough; resolution in mandatory."
The apparent leak, which Rockstar Games is yet to publicly comment on, comes just days before Grand Theft Auto VI: An Extended Look will be released on Netflix. The first-of-its-kind collab between Netflix and Rockstar will give fans a fresh look at GTA VI.
Brandon Riegg, VP of Nonfiction Series, said of the upcoming streaming release: "Grand Theft Auto reveals have become cultural moments in their own right. The anticipation and fandom around Grand Theft Auto VI is unprecedented, and we’re honored that Rockstar Games has partnered with us to debut the next part of the Grand Theft Auto story with Netflix members first."
He added, as per TUDUM: "It’s a reflection of what we hope Netflix is becoming: a place where the most ambitious storytelling, from any medium, can find the biggest possible audience."
UNILAD have reached out to Rockstar Games for comment about the leak.
