Adult film star falls to her death after plunging over balcony during shoot with two men

A 27-year-old adult film star has died after falling from the balcony of her hotel in Brazil.

The Civil Police of the state of Rio de Janeiro have launched an investigation after Anna Beatriz Pereira Alves, who went by the stage name Anna Polly, reportedly fell while working on content at the hotel in Nova Iguacu, in Baixada Fluminense, in the Brazilian state of Rio de Janeiro

Polly is believed to have been shooting a scene with two other men when the tragedy took place on January 23, with images from the scene showing the moments after Polly fell to the ground.

The content creator's body was covered by a white sheet after she landed by the hotel, with investigators on the scene to gather more information.

Polly's boyfriend, Pedro Henrique, has assured that local police are across 'all the information about the case', saying: "They are investigating. If someone is to blame, they will pay and the culprit will be found."

It is currently unclear whether officers have found evidence of suspicious circumstances surrounding Polly's death.

The men are said to have been released by police after being questioned.

Additional interviews with the hotel staff have also been conducted, and police are looking into CCTV footage from the scene for further insight.

In a statement cited by The Sun, a spokesman for the Baixada Fluminense Homicide Unit said: "We are conducting a thorough investigation to clarify what happened. It's a complex case, and we don't rule out any possibility, from an accident to a possible crime."

Polly was a popular content creator in Brazil, and was known for her adult content as well as her work as a social media influencer. According to Brazilian news account République, she was also a mom to a son who is eight years old.

Henrique paid tribute to his late girlfriend in a post on social media in the wake of her death, writing: "It’s so difficult without you. As the hours pass it’s starting to sink in and the hole in my heart is only getting bigger."

A friend cited by The Sun said Polly had 'loads of plans', including hopes to 'expand her presence on social media'.

"She always spoke enthusiastically about her future projects. This news has left everyone stunned," they said.

Authorities have ordered an autopsy to determine Polly's exact cause of death.
