Fans of the former child star Piper Rockelle have shared their thoughts after she claimed she was going to scrap her OnlyFans page despite reported immediate success.

Piper Rockelle has been making videos for the internet for almost a decade and has become well known across multiple social media platforms.

Making her first videos on YouTube with her mother, Tiffany Smith, at the age of 8, she has managed to amass a whopping 12 million subscribers on the platform, with 18 million followers on TikTok as well.

Her massive following from such a young age likely played a role into her seemingly immediate success when she decided to open an OnlyFans page, only a few months after turning 18.

Rockelle claimed that she made more than $3.4 million in the first 24 hours of launching her page and sharing the link on her socials on January 1. This followed on from regular promotion posts about her OnlyFans debut.

However, these claims about her money have been widely disputed by others on social media.

In another update, Rockelle sparked concern after appearing to make a sarcastic video saying she will be closing her OnlyFans page to go to college.

In the video she puts on a sarcastic tone, while visibly crossing her fingers, in a clip seemingly designed to have people check out her page.

In the video, she said: “I think I'm going to go to college, I'm going to scratch OF and I am never going to do that again, that was not me, not what I was passionate in.

“I hated taking all those beautiful divine photos, they were disgusting and you should definitely not go look at them because you will probably be sick to your stomach.

“Erm, so yeah, I am going to go to college, let me know what colleges I should look at.”

All the same, despite its joking nature, some users commented their concern for the former child star.

One user wrote: “Piper going to college is a great choice a lot better than doing this to be honest I watched you growing up and I never really thought you would lead in this direction. There’s still a lot of little girls out there that watch your page and always want to be like you.”

Another wrote: “Me and my friends at 18 had different goals then girls waiting to turn 18 to drop an OF.... we for sure weren't selling our bodies freshly 18. But you are your own person.....”
