Vice President JD Vance has recalled a behind-the-scenes story of what it's like being Trump's Vice President.
Vance was speaking on the Benny Show podcast, hosted by right wing journalist Benny Johnson, and recalled a crude joke that the president made during a meeting.
The vice president told how he is often asked by people what it's like being such a senior member of Trump's administration, and decided to share one occasion that he claims has stuck with him since it happened.
He recalled the moment, which he described as 'behind the scenes' from the TV and the media, and said he would 'never, ever forget' it.

Vance told the host: "Sometimes you get these behind-the-scenes moments that I will never, ever forget for the rest of my life."
But what exactly was this moment that Vance says will stick with him?

Well, it was all to do with one meeting where Vance, Marco Rubio, and Trump had been meeting with another politician, whom Trump didn't name.
Recalling the moment, Vance said: "So, for example, I'm in the Oval Office with the President and Marco Rubio, and we're talking about something really important."
But in the middle of the meeting, Trump suddenly halted proceedings and decided to draw attention to something else which he felt was important - the shoes that everyone was wearing.
Vance recalled: "The President kind of holds up his hand and says, ‘No, no, no, hold on a second. There's something much more important. Shoes’. He peers over the resolute desk, and he says, 'Marco, JD, you guys have s****y shoes'."
The vice president continued: “He goes out and grabs a catalogue. There happens to be another politician in the room I won't say who, and you'll find out why in a second.

"And he actually runs us through this incredible shoe catalogue. The president is gifting us with four pairs of shoes.”
Trump then began checking everyone's shoe size before placing the order.
“He says, 'Marco, what's your shoe size?' And Marco's apparently an eleven and a half," Vance recalled. "He says, 'JD, what's your shoe size?' My shoe size is 13."
But it was the president's reaction to the other politician's show size which stuck with Vance.
"He asks this politician, who I won't embarrass, what his shoe size is, and he says, seven," said Vance.
"The president, he kind of leans back in his chair and says, 'You know you can tell a lot about a man by his shoe size.' ”
I mean, I think we all know what Trump meant by that...
