It doesn't look like Donald Trump and Jimmy Kimmel will be inviting each other round for Thanksgiving as the pair continue to publicly exchange blows with one another.
Kimmel found himself in hot water in September after making controversial remarks about the late Charlie Kirk and how the president was mourning his death.
"We hit some new lows over the weekend with the MAGA gang desperately trying to characterize this kid who murdered Charlie Kirk as anything other than one of them, and doing everything they can to score political points from it," Kimmel said at the time.
He continued to call out Trump who, when asked how he was doing following Kirk's assassination, started talking about his White House renovation instead.

Ultimately Kimmel's comments got his show temporarily suspended, a decision which Trump applauded.

Kimmel's show being taken off air sparked nationwide backlash however and it was soon reinstated again.
While some may have toned down the presidential criticism following the drama, Kimmel has done quite the opposite and has poked fun at Trump on several occasions — including when the POTUS didn't win the Nobel Peace Prize he felt he so rightly deserved.
Now Kimmel has weighed in on the recent controversy surrounding Trump after he referred to a female reporter as 'piggy'.
Noting that the president 'loses his mind' every time he's asked about Jeffrey Epstein, Kimmel quipped: "He called her piggy. He said 'Quiet, piggy' to a reporter and it barely made the news.
"If a man spoke like that to a female coworker in a workplace harassment training video, you’d go, 'Ah, that’s over the top. Nobody would do that'."
And, of course, Trump has since reacted to Kimmel's remarks and (in Kimmel's own words) Trump is 'not a happy little meal right now'.
Taking to Truth Social on November 20, Trump raged: "Why does ABC Fake News keep Jimmy Kimmel, a man with NO TALENT and VERY POOR TELEVISION RATINGS, on the air? Why do the TV Syndicates put up with it? Also, totally biased coverage. Get the bum off the air!!!"
However, following the huge response to him being taken off air last time, it's highly unlikely ABC will do it again...
Trump himself is yet to address the 'piggy' scandal, but the White House has issued a statement on the matter.
A White House official said to People: "This reporter behaved in an inappropriate and unprofessional way towards her colleagues on the plane.
"If you’re going to give it, you have to be able to take."
