A former assistant to Diddy who claims she was kidnapped while working for the rapper has shared details of what allegedly happened during that time.

Diddy, real name Sean Combs, is currently on trial after being charged with racketeering and sex trafficking by force, fraud or coercion in 2024.

Ever since Combs was arrested at the Park Hyatt hotel in Manhattan, New York last September, he has maintained his innocence and has denied all the charges against him.

His ex-girlfriend Cassie Ventura took to the stand to testify last week, where she detailed her experience of the so-called alleged 'freak off' parties and the abuse she claims to have suffered at the hands of Combs.

On Tuesday (May 27), Capricorn Clark, a former personal assistant to Combs and marketing director, took to the witness stand to testify her version of events.

Clark claims Combs threatened her on her first day working for him after the rapper came to the realization that his new personal assistant worked for Death Row Records, which was founded by Combs’ rival Suge Knight.

"He told me that he didn’t know that I had anything to do with Suge Knight and if anything happened, he would have to kill me," Clark said in court.

Clark even alleged that she was 'kidnapped' while working for Combs, but failed to go into further detail. While prosecutors didn't follow up the kidnapping allegation, The New York Post reports that the issue is expected to be raised later during questioning.

When Combs reportedly accused her of stealing jewelry, Clark further claimed that she was forced to take a lie detector test for five days straight to prove her innocence.

She further claimed that she was told by the man conducting the test that if she failed 'they’re going to throw you into the East River', as she added: "I was petrified."

The former assistant then went on to testify that she would set up Combs' hotel rooms, claiming each gathering required baby oil, a camera and a small bag of drugs that allegedly often included ecstasy (via The Independent).

She also claimed to the court that an IV drip would be set up to 'help' Combs and Ventura from the drug use, with Clark testifying that he'd told her that it contained something similar to serotonin supplements.

Elsewhere on the stand, Clark went on to claim the rapper lunged at her as she said 'I hate it here' in front of Combs' chef while at his Miami Beach home.

"He immediately looked at me and said, 'You hate it here?' and he charged me," Clark alleged in court. "He ran towards me with his hands open and charged at my shoulders."

Combs then allegedly pushed her roughly 30 yards and demanded that she leave the Florida residence.

Clark then began to cry as she said that was 'crossing her boundary'.

Officers from the Los Angeles Police Department and firefighters are expected to take to the stand later on Tuesday.

The trial continues.
