Horrific footage has been shared online showing the moment a giant screen fell from the ceiling during a concert.

The terrifying moment was captured during a performance by Canto-pop band Mirror at Hong Kong Coliseum in Hung Hom tonight (28 July).

In the short clip, which was posted to Twitter, a number of large screens can be seen hanging above the stage as the group perform below.

However, as the song goes on, one of the screens suddenly detaches from its wire and falls to the floor, landing on a performer.

Fellow dancers then rush to their aid and the concert is immediately stopped.

According to police, at least two to three people were injured during the shocking incident, with two male dancers sent to Queen Elizabeth Hospital for treatment.

Local news reported that the hospital confirmed one man had suffered a neck injury and was in a serious condition, while another was in a stable condition after a head injury.
