Kardashian posted a photograph of Eliahana to her Instagram account today (2 June), demanding that the police allow her dad to attend her funeral and say goodbye.
The reality star wrote: "Her family are desperately hoping that her father, who is incarcerated for a non violent drug offence, be granted temporary release so that he can attend her funeral.

"So far their requests have been denied. I ask the Federal Bureau of Prisons to grant Eli Torres temporary release so that he can say his last goodbye to his baby girl. Every parent deserves that right."
As well as the children, two teachers, Eva Mireles and Irma Garcia, also lost their lives in the heinous attack.
And just two days after her death, the news broke that Ms Garcia's husband, Joe, also passed away.
Garcia's cousin, Debra Austin, shared news of his passing via a GoFundMe page dedicated to the pair.
