Reality TV star Casey King has detailed his exact weight loss after sharing some incredible transformation photos on social media.
A number of TV shows over the years have followed individuals in their efforts to shed the pounds and maintain a more healthy lifestyle.
Take 1000-lb Sisters star Tammy Slaton for example, who lost a whopping 500lbs on the TLC series over the years.
Casey is another individual to have gone on a incredible journey, having appeared on Family By the Ton back in 2018, weighing 845 pounds when he first graced our screens.

When the series first touched base with the now 40-year-old he was living with his dad, unemployed, playing video games and eating all day.
On top of that, he revealed how he had to bathe in an outdoor trough because he couldn't physically fit inside a bath or shower.
Casey was kicked out of his mother's home after failing to sustain a job, and as he continued to pile on the pounds, he knew something had to give.

"My lifestyle at my heaviest was kind of non-existent. I didn't really like people. I didn't like being seen. I didn't like socialising," he explained.
"I felt like a freak show. I didn't shower inside. I showered in a trough tub outside for a while.”
