People point out Elon Musk's 'nervous' reaction when asked about 'giving up' on his other businesses to support Trump

People were quick to point out Musk's 'nervous' body language upon being asked the question

Elon Musk has been front and center when it comes to helping Donald Trump’s administration, but the billionaire admitted that it’s difficult to find balance when it comes to his other businesses.

Donald Trump’s return to the White House has had the very clear and public support of Elon Musk, which some believe has made all the difference.

Musk is reportedly even leading a team in Donald Trump’s administration, DOGE, (Department of Government Efficiency’) and according to the tech billionaire he has been making good progress.

However, in a recent interview with Fox News’ Larry Kudlow, people have been analyzing a reaction from Musk after he was asked about his businesses.

In case you somehow have missed it, Musk has ties to multiple businesses, including owning Tesla, Twitter and SpaceX just to name a few.

Speaking to Musk on Monday (March 10), Kudlow said: "Have you given up your other stuff? How are you running your other businesses?

Musk nervously laughed and answered: “With great difficulty," before letting out a large sigh.

After a lengthy pause he continued: “I’m just trying to make government more efficient, eliminate waste and fraud and so far we are making good progress.”

The brief clip has begun to circulate on social media, with many remarking on Musk’s bizarre reaction to these questions.

One person on Reddit commented: "He slipped into his native accent, indicating he was nervous and off-guard."

As another said: "What you're saying is there's no going back? [Blank stare... eyes dart around, consider running away, take a deep breath then quiver on the exhale]..."

"Yeah he does NOT want to participate with traditional media in any way, let alone a sit down interview (even with softball from Fox). He's not in control and it's hard to lie for clout to people's faces, that really is still some keyboard warrior trait.”

One user on Twitter was particularly critical of Musk for struggling to balance both his businesses and working closely with Trump.

They said: “It's clear to me at least that Musk has little idea of what he is doing. He has never served in public office, has no idea of the U.S. Constitution or the judicial structure, and has little to no regard for the truth.”

With another simply adding they were happy Musk didn't seem to be faring well, commenting: “Small but meaningful comfort that Elon musk is probably having a sh**** day.”

Though it seems Musk doesn't have too much to worry about, seeing as President Trump has said he'll 'look after his baby' by purchasing a brand new Tesla amid the boycotts.
