New footage caught from a police car dashcam in Wenatchee, Washington shows an officer speaking with Travis Decker - the father who, just days after his run-in with cops, was accused of killing his three children.
Olivia, five, Evelyn, eight, and Paityn, nine, were reported missing by their mom, Whitney Decker, on May 30 after being picked up by Decker for a planned custody visit.
Sadly, just days later the three young children were discovered dead at the Rock Island Campground in the Okanogan-Wenatchee National Forest, with Decker nowhere to be found.

The 32-year-old dad remains wanted following the deaths of his children, with police sharing a theory that Decker 'killed his three daughters and disappeared into the forest around the Rock Island campground in Chelan County'.
As the search for Decker continues, footage has come to light from the days prior to the girls being reported missing, when Decker allegedly found himself involved in a fender-bender.
He was accused of hitting another driver with his truck while at a red light on May 27, prompting both drivers to pull over into a Safeway parking lot.
Officers with the Wenatchee Police Department responded to the scene, resulting in the dashcam footage which has now been shared by KING 5 Seattle.

In the footage, Decker could be seen talking with an officer and the other driver in the parking lot, with the other driver describing the dad as being 'nervous and fidgety'.
Speaking later to KING 5, the driver claimed Decker 'kept telling [them] not to call police'.
They also claimed Decker 'looked almost intimidating' with his body language.

The clip shows Decker leaning against his truck as he waits in the parking lot, at one point putting his head down on his vehicle as if exhausted.
“I could tell he was not in his full senses,” the driver said of Decker, claiming also that the dad had said: “I'm going to jail.”
Decker was cited in the incident for having no insurance, and following too closely.
At the end of the footage, Decker extended his hand out to the other driver and shook it for nine seconds while asking the driver if he would be okay.

Days later, the driver saw a Facebook post which reported Decker and his three kids missing.
Authorities have since offered a reward of up to $20,000 for information that could help them catch Decker, who is an Army veteran and is known to have previously spent extended periods living off-grid.
