I have to admit, I don't spent my days wondering how and where most people pee and poop, but there's some undeniably curiosity when it comes to Alex Honnold and his climbs.
Honnold is a world-famous rock climber who recently risked his life to climb a 101-story structure in Taiwan's capital of Tapei for a Netflix special.
Reportedly he was paid $500,000 for the stunt, but Honnold refuted this and admitted that the sum he actually received was 'an embarrassingly small amount'.
The 40-year-old completed the difficult climb in just over 90 minutes, but on one of his previous climbs up El Capitan, California's 3,000ft high rock formation in Yosemite Park, he was climbing for the best part of four hours.

As I'm sure you can imagine, it will have been unlikely that Honnold didn't pee or poop in this timeframe...

Honnold recently sat down with Hasan Minhaj to be interviewed on his podcast, and Minhaj asked the question we've all been wondering.
"How do you pee and poop when you climb?" he brazenly asked his guest.
"You just pee and poop," Honnold casually replied, to which Minhaj asked if he just 'sh*ts his pants'.
"I've never actually sh*t in my pants but I've had a lot of serious emergencies while rock climbing," Honnold further explained. "You just, like, freaking go."
He went on to say that you're in nature as this happens so 'it doesn't matter', adding: "You just make sure you're not impacting other climbers."
Honnold went on to recall one time that he had to hang off a cliff one-handed while, ahem, 'taking a dump'.
"When things go sideways, things go sideways," he admitted. "When it happens it happens and it's better than pooping in your pants."
Minhaj replied by calling it 'gross' — but he was the one to ask the question...

Dozens of people have since commented on the clip, with one person leading the responses with a question wondering why no one had asked Honnold this question before.
Another person said: "I wonder how many climbers have been victims of friendly fire, or hikers below getting bombs dropped on them."
Others chuckled about Minhaj's shocked response to Honnold's very candid answer.
"I have never seen Hasan stunned," someone laughed, as a second joked: "Sometimes you ask a question that gives you more than you bargained for."
"He said 'gross' like he didn’t ask the question to begin with," quipped another.
