Woman's Boyfriend Who Looks Like Vin Diesel Keeps Getting Stopped By People

When it comes to Vin Diesel, there's always room for family - even if you're an uncanny lookalike.

Diesel is a movie star, there's no doubt about it. He's shepherded the Fast and Furious series through stratospheric highs and tragic lows, he's a reputable action hero in the xXx and Chronicles of Riddick franchise, and that's before we get to his voice work in The Iron Giant and Guardians of the Galaxy.

These days, he's mostly occupied with his family and wrapping up the Fast Saga. But he's still one of the world's highest-grossing actors, so if you're fortunate enough to look like him, you better prepare for a lifetime of mistaken identity.

Check out the video of Diesel's lookalike below:

Over on TikTok, @kathyisnaughtmyname posted a video of her boyfriend getting stopped by random people while they're out and about. Why? Because he's a dead ringer for the Fast and Furious star.

In one clip, someone on a bus can heard saying: "It's Vin Diesel, tell him to turn around!"

In another, a woman on the beach gives him a fist pump, believing him to be Diesel on holiday.

Fortunately, he seems to take it in good stead, always giving passers-by a laugh.

"I get that a lot," he says to one person in the video, before confirming he isn't actually the actor. Hilariously, quite a few people ask him for a photo anyway.

The video has racked up nearly 270,000 views on TikTok and hundreds of comments. One user wrote: "All of those people went home and said that they met Vin Diesel on their cruise."

Another commented: "That’s not Vin Diesel that’s Vin Fuel."

A third wrote: "No wait that’s the most accurate resemblance tho."

Others have praised him for his patience with people asking for a photo, with one writing: "He’s such a good sport about it."

Another wrote: "This is so cute, he’s making people happy everywhere he goes haha."

A third commented: "I love that he’s so nice about it, it must get annoying but I’m glad he’s so nice."

A fourth wrote: "Everyone looks so happy to see him. You guys definitely made their day regardless."

For those who follow the Fast familia's adventures, the penultimate entry in the saga was recently announced: Fast X, due for release on 19 May 2023.
