Prime Video has dropped a new trailer for its highly anticipated spin off of The Boys, and it looks like fans are in for a treat.

If you're a fan of gore, that is - and if you're a fan of The Boys, then I'd expect you are.

Check out the trailer for Gen V below:

Pulling from the G-Men storyline of The Boys comics, Gen V is set to bring some new characters including Marie Moreau, Emma Shaw, and Golden Boy to the screen, while also welcoming returning characters that The Boys fans already know and love, including A-Train and Soldier Boy.

The trailer proves that the new show will be just as intense as the original series, though unfortunately fans still have a few more weeks to wait before they can see it in all of its glory.

The new series is set to be premier on Prime Video on September 29, when viewers will be treated to not one, not two, but THREE whole episodes.

Just after you're officially hooked, Prime Video will then make you wait for the next instalment with a release of one episode per week.

There are set to be eight episodes in the first season, coming to a conclusion on November 3, 2023.
