WWE viewers left saying the same thing after huge John Cena moment that saw Netflix forced to mute crowd

Cena honed in on one person in particular when he addressed the crowd at WWE Raw

John Cena turned on the crowd in the most recent episode of WWE Raw on Netflix, and a lot of fans found themselves caught on one moment in particular after he got behind the mic for his promo.

The 47-year-old's appearance marked his first promo since the wrestler-turned-actor shocked fans with a surprising twist at the Elimination Chamber event in Toronto earlier this month.

At the event on March 2, Cena turned on fans as he became a 'heel' - aka an evil character - and took aim at WWE champion Cody Rhodes.

Cena then doubled down when he appeared on Raw in Brussels, Belgium on Monday (March 17), claiming he'd been the 'victim of an abusive relationship'.

Cena suggested it was fans' fault he'd turned evil, saying: “All you do is be hurtful, all you are is abusive, and all you've ever done is bully me into being your damn puppet, and expected me to do it with a smile on my face. No more!”

A lot of fans at home loved Cena's delivery, but fans in the arena weren't so sure - to put it nicely. The crowd started chanting expletives at Cena, at one point even causing Netflix to mute the stream.

However, when the mics were on, there was one moment in particular that really stood out to viewers - and it involved a young fan in the crowd.

Cameras at the event caught sight of the boy who was dressed in a John Cena t-shirt as Cena himself honed in on him. The wrestler certainly gave the young fan a moment to remember, but not in the 'celebrity hero' way you might expect.

Instead, Cena zeroed in on the kid as he said: “Everybody, including that one kid, is in a toxic, dysfunctional relationship. You have made me the butt of a stupid invisible joke for 15 years and you still think it's funny! It's pathetic!”

The moment has now gone viral as fans shared their thoughts, with one writing: "Bro John Cena pointing out the little kid in the crowd has had me dying for the last 7 hours man."

"JOHN CENA COOKING A SMALL CHILD IN THE AUDIENCE WILL GO DOWN AS ONE OF THE FUNNIEST CLIPS IN WWE HISTORY," another added.

A third wrote: "John Cena singling out the little kid has me dying! This is that kid’s villain origin story."

Cena's speech was eventually cut off by Rhodes, who he's set to fight at the Wrestlemania WWE championship.
