Kevin from The Office meets mini Kevin at first ever Dunder-con

Max Spaeth, 11, even shaved his head to try and mimic the iconic TV character.

Our favourite character from The Office met his mini-me and we couldn't be more happy about it.

Oh, what we wouldn't give to have The Office back on our screens, as whether you're happy, sad, or hungover as f*** it's the perfect way to spend a Saturday.

And, as we mourn its loss from our lives, we take immense comfort knowing that the fans are as dedicated as ever, with one youngster dressing up as chilli-dropping goof Kevin Malone for a recent convention.

2022 marks the first year of the convention called 'The Reunion', formerly known as 'Dunder-Con'. It's a space for fans of the Pennsylvania-based show to gather and celebrate, with the organisers themselves describing the event as "An Interactive 'The Office' Fandom Experience, Featuring The largest 'The Office' Reunion."

And, it seems that people of all ages are joining, with Max Spaeth, 11, showing incredible commitment to his Kevin costume.

For those not familiar, Kevin is a hilarious staple in the hit show, known for his cookie monster, chilli-dropping ways.

Max and Brian shared a beautiful moment.

He's portrayed by Brian Baumgartner who was absolutely bowled over by the young lad's impressive costume, complete with a prop chilli pot.

Flabbergasted, Brian can't believe his eyes when the young lad approaches him: "Did you shave your head?" he asks Max, who explains that his dad helped him do it.

And, honestly, that's either the coolest or most unhinged parental choice we've ever heard.

Still, Brian was impressed: "Well done, very well done," with the youngster going on to explain the ins and outs of his costume choice.

Spaeth told his idol: "The M&Ms I keep them in my desk so everybody doesn't take them. And I have a jacket tie. I have these two shoe box[es]," - a clear reference to an episode where Kevin dons a pair of Kleenex boxes as shoes.

He even had tissue box shoes.

Baumgartner wasn't the only one impressed by the young lad's choice of footwear, with people online saying: "As soon as the camera showed his Tissue shoes I lost it! 💀💀💀 Well done indeed."

A second added: "The tissue box shoes are an amazing touch."

Another loved how Brian responded to Max, clearly making his day: "The pride on his face is awesome. That kid was definitely the highlight of his day."

While one other just wanted to take a second to praise the show: "The Office is the best show ever and I’ll fight about it."
