People losing it after spotting 'surreal' detail in Pope Leo's outfit during mass

People had to do a double take after they spotted a 'surreal' detail on Pope Leo's outfit as he celebrated Holy Mass over the weekend.
Chicago-born Cardinal Robert Francis Prevost was welcomed into his new post on May 8, opting to go by the name Pope Leo XIV.
During his opening few weeks as the leader of the Catholic Church, Pope Leo called for a just and lasting peace in Ukraine, as well as an immediate ceasefire in Gaza, with the release of hostages and delivery of humanitarian aid, while welcoming the ceasefire agreement reached between India and Pakistan.
The pope has been busy with masses since being inaugurated too, and one recent appearance has fans in disbelief.

While Pope Leo wore his usual attire to the mass, many fans have spotted the 69-year-old was donning an Apple Watch too.
I mean, this is pretty normal attire for a lot of people - but there's something about the pope wearing a fitness watch that has people in stitches.
"Him wearing Apple Watch gets me every time," one person wrote on Twitter.
A second added: "The Pontiff wearing an Apple Watch is a really surreal image," while a third remarked: "The Apple Watch is so funny."
It's not the first time people on social media have spotted the pope wearing the tech gadget, with users noticing the Apple Watch soon after Pope Leo was elected.
9to5Mac posted a picture of newly elected Pope Leo XIV on Instagram where a glimpse of a smartwatch could be spotted.
"Newly elected Pope Leo XIV is making buzz in the tech and watch communities after being seen wearing an Apple Watch during his first official mass," the caption read.
"It's not clear which model this is. Any guesses?"
The post was swiftly shared by an Apple news outlet, prompting many to come to the realization it was in fact an Apple Watch.
And it appears the pope has been a fan of the Apple product for a while after one Reddit user dug up a photo showing the pope blessing a parishioner a few years ago with a watch on his wrist.
“During his first Holy Mass, Pope Leo XIV sported an Apple Watch, which he had worn previously before being elected a Cardinal,” the post stated.
