Pete Davidson's New Netflix Show Has A Whole Segment Devoted To Kanye West

The comedian made light of his relationship with Kim Kardashian's former husband

Pete Davidson didn't shy away from his unfortunate love triangle-like situation in a new Netflix special where he dedicated a whole segment to Kanye West.

It's common knowledge now that Davidson is in a relationship with West's ex and mother of his children, Kim Kardashian, and over the last few months the rapper has made clear that he's not too enamoured with the situation.

He's released a music video in which an animated man who looks very much like himself buries alive another character who looks very much like Davidson, and shared their alleged conversations online along with a caption assuring the Saturday Night Live star would 'never' meet his children.

That hasn't stopped Davidson and Kardashian being open about their relationship, though, and Davidson managed to make light of West's apparent issues with him in his routine for Netflix Is A Joke: The Festival.

The comedian drew attention to West having previously accused Kardashian of preventing him from having full access to their four children following their divorce, and during his routine Davidson joked he was 'secretly hoping' that Kardashian's ex-husband 'pulls a Mrs. Doubtfire'.

He joked: "Does anyone else secretly hope that, like, Kanye pulls like a Mrs. Doubtfire? I come home one day and they're like, this is the new housekeeper. And he's like, 'What's up fam?' "

Davidson went on to say dating Kardashian was a 'really weird thing to go through', joking that even friends with experience in similar relationships didn't know what advice to offer, instead simply saying: "He looks pretty mad bro. Good luck, sorry, here if you need."

In the wake of his relationship with Kardashian, the comedian told the audience a lot of people are 'very angry' at him and it's 'always 50/50' when he goes outside. Though some members of the public might call him 'really cool', others simply shout 'f**k you', according to Davidson.

Kardashian was said to have been in attendance at the stand-up show, which was filmed on 30 April at the Fonda Theatre in Los Angeles.

Following a number of social media posts attacking Davidson, a representative for the rapper told Page Six: "Ye is committed to a healthy co-parenting relationship with Kim and is focused on raising their beautiful children."
