Julia Fox became a superstar overnight when it was revealed that she was dating rapper Kanye West, but for her, it was anything but a super experience.
In fact, she deeply regrets the relationship with rapper and mogul, Ye.
Having been New York famous for years due to her haphazard style, party antics and a no-f*cks-given attitude, she was suddenly scrutinized by the public and the media during her brief fling.
However, the Uncut Gems actress’s time with West was so ‘uncomfortable’.

Coming from a woman who was a dominatrix and sugar baby for a married Indian billionaire for five years, that’s a strong statement.
But she told The Times why it was the worst relationship to be in.
Not only had West come out of an incredibly public and messy relationship with ex-wife Kim Kardashian, but he was also on a downward spiral and was exhibiting unhinged behavior.

So, when he and Fox got together, it was a circus show.
The mother-of-one explained that she wrote about West in her book Down the Drain and dubbed him ‘the artist’.
Her book was written as a way to debunk all of the falsely written rumors about herself and to set the record straight.
Within the pages, she wrote about her ‘few weeks’ with the rapper.

She said to the publication: “I regret that relationship so much. I hate it! It was only a few weeks but enough to last me a lifetime. I was in probably the most uncomfortable position in my life and that’s saying a lot. I don’t want to be known for being anyone’s girlfriend.”
Their time together came just before he would be cancelled for making antisemitic remarks, when Fox was angry at her ex-husband of a few months, Peter Artemiev, who’d ditched her and their baby.
She’d go on to post his picture on Instagram, writing: “Have you seen this deadbeat dad?”

As revenge, she dated West, but she quickly found out that she too was being used to get back at Kardashian.
She said: “It wasn’t my idea for it to go public. If anything, I was like, ‘We should wait,’ and then boom, it was done behind my back. I realised pretty quickly I was being used as a pawn.”
Before the pair would meet, she explained how West would send over a stylist to dress her in an approved outfit, and, in one instance, a photographer was present for one of their dates.
West would then go on to send a photo of the pair kissing to an editor of an interview magazine and asked her to write words about how they met.

He then went on to re-write them as he didn’t like what she wrote and made up the whole story, to which she told him sounded ‘dumb’.
The pair never had sex, and actually played Uno in a hotel room.
When he told her he’d pay for her to get a boob job, she declined and then dumped him as he repeatedly asked her to sign a non-disclosure agreement.

Apparently he texted: “I can’t be friends with you if you don’t sign it.”
She replied: “I’ll live.”
She thanked her son for being a ‘grounding force’ for why she ended the relationship, but she has no hard feelings towards the rapper.
She said: “I’m not about to hold a grudge and make my life miserable because I’m still angry about something. At some point you have to forgive and move on, because you think you’re hurting the other person but you’re really just hurting yourself.”
