The 42 year old socialite hit back at Pink, after she parodied Hilton's sex tape during her Stupid Girls music video.

Heiress Paris Hilton has hit back at those who mocked her after her sex tape was leaked, including singer Pink.

The 42-year-old socialite has spoken about the traumatic experience in her new book, Paris: The Memoir, discussing how the relentless ridicule affected her.

She also slammed the singer for parodying the tape in her video for Stupid Girls, which was released three years after the initial scandal.

Hilton originally made headlines back in 2003 after the tape was leaked without her consent.

Her then-boyfriend, Rick Salomon, was considerably older, in his early thirties, whilst Hilton was just 19 years old at the time of the scandal and has since said that she hated making the tape.

When the tape went public, Hilton was mocked in the public eye for years with Pink also making light of the traumatic experience.

Although Pink was unaware of the context surrounding the footage, she parodies the tape in her Stupid Girls music video she wears a long blonde wig and push-up bra – similar to Hilton’s outfit.

Her lyrics also refer to the scandal as she slams ‘porno paparazzi girls’ and calls for ‘outcasts and girls with ambition’.

Hilton has written about the video in her new book, Paris: The Memoir, with the socialite revealing how much this hurt her and calls the video ‘a not-at-all-subtle send-up’.

“Pink sang about ‘outcasts and girls with ambition'. That’s what I wanna see. But she chose not to see it in me,” she writes as she refers to the 2006 song.

The Simple Life star also said that she struggled to cope with the lack of empathy following the scandal, which was only made worse by the music video.

She wrote: “When everyone was buzzing about a sex tape of a certain teenage girl from a soon-to-be-hit TV show — a girl who said emphatically over and over that she did not want the tape out there — the takeaway was ‘Stupid Girl’.”

Despite the incident happening over two decades ago, Hilton is still taunted about the incident and the US still doesn’t have revenge porn laws in all its states.

However, people are beginning to understand the impact following more thanks to Pamela Anderson’s documentary, where the former Baywatch actress bravely spoke about the theft of her sex tape.
